I stayed here while on Safari, we had a blast!..I loved the sign that reads beware of crocs, stay on the path.. yikes..

Delightful piece of film. Quite took us back down memory lane - distant as it was in December '96. Was there a resident Genet Cat when you were there ? I am struggling to recall which of the species it was ........... ?

Thanks for the nice comments we're really glad that you enjoyed it.Samburu is our favorite park in Kenya but we also quite like Amboseli.We have stayed at Samburu Lodge 4 times over the last 22 years.The last time was in 2000 when we stayed for a week,which was fantastic.But there was no sign of the genet( not feline-mongoose related I think) then but we had always seen it on previous visits.Perhaps you might like to watch our video "A musical safari in Kenya" on youtube.
