Where was this filmed? That is quite short commuter train. I work for GO Transit in Toronto and we have 12 can trains, pulled or pushed by an MP40PH - 3C. It is unusual for me to see that loco pushing only three cars, makes me think ridership is somewhat low at that time of day or on that particular line?

This is a good video. The media always give public transportation a bad wrap. This is an example of ordinary idiots, fools, dummies ( whatever preferred word of choice ) who decide to play chicken with trains. Railfans in fullerton have long been appreciated there & they are truly the eyes and ears when stuff like this goes down :-)
