i do some deep breathing whilst laying down. breathing in with my nose so it goes right down inside past the chest (so my stomach is naturally going up and down through the breathing, most people breathe wrong and only to their chest, if ur stomach goes up and down ur doing it right.) or i smoke a joint, depends how i feel.
I take an antihistemine. But I usually don't need to go to sleep until I'm tired...so I just stay up all night checking YouTube to see if my view numbers have changed any...
