Have you seen the new gameplay? Full head and torso control to duck and weave the addition of sambo karate and greco roman. More of everything. Interviews and weigh ins during career mode. They have an online fight club so you can have a training camp with friends and then have online tournaments with rival clubs. trust me the smallest change this year was to the graphics because they realized that out of everything that was the least of their worries.

I do like alot of the fighters, but there is no roster. They're mainly using Strikeforce fighters and a couple from DREAM. Most MMA fans aren't appealed when they see Shinya Aoki or Melvin Manhoef -.- They just want Fedor and Couture.

UFC is garbage. The fighters all look like they've been arrested or thrown in jail at least 5 times with their tattoo's and ugly faces probably from being gang beaten in jail. They fight in their tighty whiteys or speedo's. They all look like they got hair loss problems, which is probably from doing drugs or steroid usage. 80% of UFC fights consist of a few regular kicks or punches followed by gay sex on the ground or on the cage and the UFC calls it "MMA." I agree on the rubber guard, but I think they should up the power of the slams...I wrestle both freestyle and Roman, and when you get put into a blast double, you're hurt...And plus in the last UFC, you could tombstone your opponent, and it did very little damage...IRL you're KO'd and if not extremely dazed.

actually, there are loads of differences:

cage play, the fact that you can select moves from a list of 200 for your created fighter, post fight attire, new moves, new fighters, etc. but yeah the graphics look almost the same
