Nope, he came back for one TV match in February '98.

The Psicosis angle was great b/c it built all show with the announcers insulting Konnan and saying he should stop stealing AAA talent for Promo Azteca. Then the stips said nobody from AAA could interfere in the match and suddenly the camera caught Psicosis standing in the crowd watching and the announcers were screaming "OH MY GOD! PSICOSIS HAS RETURNED TO AAA!" I really liked it.
