Hahaha there really cool my boyfriend wants dreads ^.^' not something Im really excited about but hey he wants them. Im not gunna stop him...but i just have one question? What do your parents/friends think of the whole thing haha
dude, your dreads look awesome. ive been watching your vids throughout the process and i like what i see.
me on the other hand am not too happy with mine, but i know it'll all be better once they're longer. the natural way is the best way to go. nice work man!
Hey man, kudos to you. I did the natural method for two years, then started rolling and pulling loose hairs in the past few years. Rock on...they're looking great!
yes man. my hair is too curly. but it dosent lock even if i dont comb. i havent comb for 3 months. how do i begin the process of locking? or the hair naturally locks if i dont comb it?
hair will lock if u dont comb it...usualy curly hair locks much faster then strait hair but it realy depends on ur hair and ur everyday activities...just give it time....conditioner will slow the process down greatly
where do you get the natural soap from? i looked at fred meyer and i found a soap that said NATURAL on the cover but i looked at the ingrediants and it had moisturizers in it, is that a good soap to use anyway?
Fred Meyer? So you're west coast? Go to Whole Foods Co-op (or any co-op) or to a health store. I use a bar of tea tree oil soap (I get dandruff otherwise, tea tree oil helps reduce it). Another GREAT soap is Dr. Bronner's 18-in-1 hemp soap. It's super tingly and gets everything really clean. You can use it for everything in your house (face, body, teeth, dishes, clothes, etc). GREAT stuff.
nice dreads... it's amazing to see the natural meathod of dreading like this. I started dreading my afro about 12 days ago, but I'm twisting my hair as it is really knotty on its own so I just speed it up.
you using only normal soap? I'm using dreadheadhq products myself. any how tight dreads keep it up
ya im wondering too wat do ppl say, not that u should care cuz i nvr do, but im wondering. I think thats crazy man, they look wild, which is an awsome look.
i seriously love you man. i stopped washing my hair just cuz of u. i'm 16 right now and i've taken a vow to not wash my hair untill i graduate from high school. which should be from like 18-20.
nono uve got it wrong...u can still wash ur hair anytime u want...infact its better if u wash ur hair...greasy dirty hair will lock up slower then clean dry hair...
wash ur hair with soap, because it drys the hair out and will create loads of knotting up,i use soap anyway out of personal preferance,i like natural products in my hair,.but im glad ur taking the natural path to dreadlocks, its a fun journy
good song )
