Interesting, just read an interview with him from the 90's on that subject. Personally, I have no problem with drug use, as you can see the damage that is done by 'war on drugs' and the criminalisation of users. However, there is a lot to be said for being so happy, enlightened or fulfilled that drugs no longer offer a necessary experience / escape / etc.
