A fan redub, since the game was rated E10+, so such the lines wouldn't even exist. But the actual games lines themself are quite similiar, minus the funny weird lines (like Commander = Chris from the Sonic X series) and the profanities.

The Commander had no names in the Sonic Team's games, just like the President and so many other characters.

Sonic Unleashed though give a lot of names to the characters around the world.
