Halo Wars makes it as the best rts for a console that I've seen.... But seeing it compared to Starcraft is like trying to get a retarded individual to win a fight against Jackie Chan. Starcraft, even the name of it, has a grand legacy that puts Halo to shame. Starcraft is a game of all games that is recognized nearly everywhere, I mean in Korea it even has a comparable popularity to monday night football and the superbowl. Halo Wars can't match as an RTS when FPS is the series' main genre.

thats not true at all, if you had even followed sc2 and such, the beta was supposed to be released last summer, the reason for the delays was because of the new battle net. anyway, this is still beta... its not even the full game and PC version of mw2 can go suck a dick, it has nothing to do with the release of sc2

Halo Wars is fun for console, unlike the horrible port of Supreme Commander. The controls and the game itself is made for the Xbox 360. Starcraft 2 is made for the PC. Cause Pylons give both energy for running buildings (blue aura) and increase the amount of units protoss can have on the field at any given time. i.e. if the protoss did not build any pylons only 9 population worth of units can be on the field.
