See, this is a trend. Since 2009, most of the time one or the other spouse is unemployed, it's the man, with the woman as the bread winner. Why this sudden trend? Well, think about it. Who made the highest salaries / pay per hour? And what is the current corporate structure busy doing now? Making profits with less. So, men went RIGHT OUT, because they ask for too much money in the eyes of the current group of thinly staffed, overworked employees that they like so much.

Sighh..... I have been out of work since February 2009.

I always get let go. I work hard and I have skills. They always let me go. IT'S SICK.
