Word was that a week or 2 b4 the fight Linares was sparring with Pac and got a small cut over his right eye. If you watch the fight in the 10th and 11th round, Linares had blood dripping from the cut on his nose and a cut over his right eyebrow. I'm not sure if it was the same cut from the pacquiao sparring session, but sh*t was drippin real bad.... so any cut is dangerous.. smart to push fight back

@skylmma A cut right above your eye, if reopened, is damn near a death knell for a fighter. It blurs your vision, it seeps into your eye continuously and you are pretty much either blinded in one eye throughout the fight or the doctor stops it because it is in a bad spot. I can tell you have NEVER EVER been in a boxing ring before.
