to the people that are talking about making skyscrapers and other large buildings out of these it say furniture construction not industrial office building construction of course these arent intended for building whole buildings just chairs tables shelves and other small furniture around the house
If you were to make a portable closet let's say, the blocks wouldn't have to be so small would they? They could be the same thickness but maybe 10 inches by 24 inches.
If you were to make lang shelves, say maybe two feet deep by 6 ft long, you could use a few 6 ft long square aluminum tubes as "keys" to give it strength so the shelf wont sag.
If you just cut all the times you say "um" in the video out that it will seem more appealing. Try preparing a script of all the interesting things about it so it really seems like you are an expert on it; Cool idea, it really deserves attention.
I agree with wethepeople364...you need to redo this video with a spokesperson who has some enthusiasm about your product, otherwise who the hell will buy it?
This guy looks like he needs a vacation. go do something you love man, look at this, no one's going to fiddle with that stuff. break away, find a way.
Thanks for the post. Yupwe dont have any real stats on production costs, strength, building codes, etc. We are only an intellectual property companyjust two people at the moment, a shop, our IP, and a website. Our goal is simply to license Zipblocks to companies that have the resources to commercialize them. There are tons of applications for them. We recently licensed to a company that intends to make foam building products with them like roofing and flooring systems, ICFs, etc.
