  • Reminds me of forrest gump

  • @paintballdogg I do too! Satsuma

  • It's a very warm accent you've got there!

  • hi, your accent is cute. loved it. i'm brazilian, and i have friends in Mobile, and they, specialy one woman sounds exactly like u, she also talks that fast (smiles). ur voice tone reminds me of her so much... thanks for submitting...

  • @nightcrawlerf5 i live in mobile

  • You sound like my geometry teacher. OH GOD. (:

  • thats my favourite american accent! :-)

  • Me want cookies :)

  • @SOEINEGAUDI I love that shirt. I've had it for a long time. :)

  • Theres another one called The Regional Dialect Meme... Theres a lot on them on here..

  • @wataki2 Oh cool! I'll have to check them out. :)

  • @ProjectChick28 That's very true and depending on job, education, etc it can vary. Some of my family (like my father) have extremely heavy accents. I understand focusing and trying to remove any traces of an accent. I had a friend who had no accent whatsoever. You couldn't tell where she was from. :)

  • alabama accents differ..mine is WAY more southern than that and im from north alabama. lol..they need a person with a deep southern accent to do this entry..

  • you are sooooooooo pretty

  • i got family in alabama and they have more of an accent than u do

  • This is how all Americans should sound. I hate the general American accent.

  • Tennessee Whiskey, Jack Daniels FTW xD

  • Whoot ! Go on girl and represent...yep dats right southern girls!

  • I would have to agree with folk on that, I love hearing different accents of course and it's very different to that of my own :) you have a wonderful accent :)

  • Awesome accent !! =D

  • i heart your accent<3

  • Interesting how you pronounced "aunt" ----- I'm a southerner (Louisiana), and I usually hear southerners pronounce it as "ant". Nice smooth accent by the way and proof that not all southerners speak slow. ;) Take it easy.

  • @jaegerhund I actually say it both ways, it just came out "aunt" that time around. Thanks for commenting! ;)

  • I just posted a video response to this as well. I saw your video, and I thought it was a great concept. I'm from Southeast Wisconsin, and I didn't think I had an accent either, lol. But I've traveled down South, and I've met people who could tell where I was from, based off my accent. I love your accent, though. The people I've met down through the South East are just so unbelievably kind, and your voice kinda reminds me of some good memories and friends.

  • @thebrb30000 Awesome for posting a video. :) I'm glad my voice invokes good memories. I take that as a good thing.

  • I have told you many many time before i adore your accent.. I now know its an alabama accent you have ... to a british guy like me your accent sounds sooo silky smooth and I often get it confused with a texas or deep south accent

I love your accent on women! plus the women from your region are always so feisty and smart and cooll!

awesome video I hope you win

  • man i actually love ur accent!!! so siiiick! ur voice is really nice too!

  • @Red199021 I love you accent as well. I just watched your video. ;-) Thanks for saying hello.

  • All my family is from Texas literally for generations. I'm from South Texas.......but I don't detect an accent in myself....and I've never heard anybody tell me I sound "Texan."

  • @SirNewerbeg You know, we had to fly through Texas once and I noticed that like Alabama, some people have a very notable accent while others didn't. Funny how that works, isn't it?

  • @JASaare Yes....especially when you come from a line of cattlemen and farmers. I think we lose our accents if we aren't exposed to them daily.

  • I think your accent is one of the reasons why your videos aren't boring; you're fun to listen to.

I, on the other hand, have a monotonous, boring, low voice. :P

  • @ILikeToDissectGirls I don't think so, I like your voice! ;) I'm glad I'm not boring to listen to. I wish my kids thought that. *grin*

  • @JASaare Hahaha.

  • Aw, your accent is really awesome. It's one of those softer accents that people love listening to. I don't like True Blood, but I tried listening to the Sookie Stackhouse audiobooks. The only reason I continued with them was because the reader was southern x'D Loved her accent. In Swedish I do have a hint of a northern accent, since I live in the north.. But in english.. I dunno =( Nothing fun.

  • @MaxieMagyx You have a very soft and beautiful voice, regardless of the accent. :)

  • You have a really beautiful accent :^)

  • @edAVP1138 *blush* thank you. I don't even notice it (and didn't) until people asked where I was from on YouTube.

  • cool. since true blood i've come to like the southern accent cause of sookie. even tho the actress is from new zeland... i think. dunno how "authentic" her southern speech is. but i definitely dig yours. look forward to the project. cheers

  • @dapurpman It's funny because there are a lot of dialects in Alabama. For example, my really country relatives call me a "Hill William" versus a "Hill Billy" because my words are more pronounced. There are a lot who have a very thick accent. ;-) Especially when you venture to the more rural areas.

  • Alabama accent(Southern accents in general) is quite interesting to listen to. I personally think Southern California accent(the accent I have) is pretty dull compare to any other English accents.

  • @tradathegreat I love all accents. I don't notice mine to be honest, but I do notice others when I watch their channels.

  • yay,you did really awesome :)) i thik it was really fun to do

  • @scottblanch It was fun! It's a really cool project. :)
