if Gonella was indeed instructed to make Argentina win the game, then the foul against Houseman at 9.58 was the most brilliant opportunity to make it happen - end of the game, and apparent penalty chance. But he didn't. What? was he instructed to have the game won by Argentina in extra-time?
@5:08 Passarella knocks out two of Neeskens' teeth and breaks the dutch flow completely... No red card (obvious with Gonella) and no World Cup. I live in Florence, and if I ever see that tosser back here, I'll knock two of his out.
@richis404 no way that was a penalty!Houseman had lost the ball Van Der Kerkhof just took the ball he had already lost and if anything it was Houseman who ran in to him in his attempt to get the ball back
If the netherlands had won, we would not have been safe at all. This WC was during the regime in Argentina.
