a lot of guys have used to clicks, its common when I was 15 I talk about clicks in my act and that was 5yrs ago it just wasnt as funny but I had the concept.

I've seen it, and I don't. Just because the jokes on the same subject, and russel peters is the only guy who has touched on it so far, doesn't mean this guy is copying. The jokes are completely different.
For example, think how many people have made airport security jokes in the past 5 or so years. Same subject, different jokes. The clicking is just a more uncommon subject, that's all.
