  • dudes wearing a dress isn't rock n roll...it's just gay.

he dude suck my dick and you'll be rock n roll cuz i said so.

  • @juker606 Actually, asking a dude to suck your dick is gay. Wearing a dress is not. People who wore dresses and are probably the reason for many bands you listen to: Johnny Thunders (and all of the NYD for that matter), The Sex Pistols and most of the punk scene(real punks I mean), And as much as I hate it, but everyone seems to love it, that fag Kurt Cobain. So shut up cuz I bet you aint got enough attitude to stand up for what you like/ want like these guys do. Fucking twat.

  • retail slut was a store for fags to shop at that employed fags. seriously.

  • @lester5192 fags rule

  • hollywood was fun in 90's. you don't even know.

    YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW!!!

  • @lester5192

Hollywood was VERY fun in the 80's-early 90's. NONE of the people that weren't there will NEVER understand how it was.... They can read books, watch it on a video, or in a movie, but, they will never know how cool it really was!

  • @specialk9669 especially when you are a young musician playing the scene in your band and the chicks dig you. even if you are broke as a dog.

how many people can say they played on the same stages as crue, halen, the doors, etc? even if you never got signed and made it big you had the balls to kick some ass in the rock n roll capitol.

  • Witchmoon should of been on here, they kicked ass.

  • Where's men's rights at?

  • Nahh its a shame Peppermint Creeps werent in this other than a few seconds

  • I've must of watched this 20 times

  • I love The Mistakes. I wonder what happened to them.

  • Revlon red is a amazing band i would kill to see them live but sadly im all the way in florida damn...

  • This is classic... very cool that the Guttersluts showed the Revlon Red flyer and talked about listening to our demo tape on the road for seven weeks... too funny ! Too bad that they didn't actually have Revlon Red in this movie though, especially seeing that we turned out to be one of the longest lasting bands out of all of them in terms of not only being one of the last one's still around, but also primary the only one that still plays consistenty in front of big crowds on the Sunset Strip....

  • @MarkyDeSade69 Really you do? You have to be one of the most delusional people of all time. Ego is a terrible thing! Its great how you never miss an oppurtunity to plug yourself, and entitle yourself to lots of acclaim! You must have created glam rock! Pat yourself on the back bro!

  • @MrLust4Life78 - I don't know who you are, but you should do your research before you spout off like that. Just look at our band's track record since this movie came out as opposed to the other bands - only three of these bands still play out: Rebel Rebel, whom primarily play small clubs and rarely play big shows on the Strip period, Willow Wisp who primarily play black metal venues off the Strip, and Spiders & Snakes whom still play big shows on the Strip but usually elect for the opening slot.

  • @MrLust4Life78 - However, Revlon Red have consistently played direct support slots for major headliners since then at most the main venues on the Strip, and continue to do so. Just check the records dude... and this is in addition to headlining or supporting majors at smaller venues all over L.A., O.C., SFV and Central Cali.. Case in point: This year alone we supported Faster P. & PBF @ Key Club, London @ Roxy, Jetboy @ Viper and BulletBoys twice in O.C... and headlined several goth venues too.

  • @MrLust4Life78 - So there is no self-delusion or ego here pal, just cold hard facts. And this was not about "plugging myself", as I was simply commenting on how I thought it was cool that the Guttersluts hyped our band in the movie, and that since we were a very integral part of the scene at this time, along with and hand-in-hand with these bands, that it is too bad that we were not in the film... that's all, plain and simple. Excuse me for mentioning we're still on the Strip doing it... geez !

  • @MrLust4Life78 - Funny though how as soon as someone starts talking about their own band that somebody else always gets all butt-hurt right away and starts accusing them of having a big ego. And even if I do hype my band occassionally then so what? Isn't a large part of being successful in a band about hyping your band to get the word out? DUH! Anyway, I've found that these people are usually one's that "use to be in a band" and gave up, cut their hair & moved home to... well, nowhere frankly.

  • @MrLust4Life78 - And no, I didn't create glam rock, but my band is clearly one of few that are still on the 'Strip carrying the torch and keeping it alive & well in Hollywood, and then some. And with lots of positive press locally & abroad, multiple RCN Awards, tv & commercial appearances, semi-consistent gigging & fresh recordings posted periodically, to name just a few of our accomplishments, then I would say that we are doing pretty good and indeed do deserve a pat on the back... 'nuff said!

  • Kudos! So many old riends... Some of which I still have contact! Some who I miss dearly... This video is awesome, Thanks for posting.

  • OMG, LOVE this....

  • I first met Pat Mata at elementary school in the middle 60's. Eleven or twelve year old Pat was usually wearing Beatle boots, skin tight trousers, a polka-dot shirt topped of with a hat like worn by Paul Revere And The Raiders! In this little farm town where he and I grew up, he really stood out... but stood out in a nice way. He was popular and always a joy to be around sharing the passion for music and free expression. We are very proud of you for taking a chance at life. We love you Pat!

  • The song during the credits is pretty boy floyd

  • Man, when a scene dies it dies hard. Kinda sad.

  • All these bands fuckin suck.

None of them are glam, and they all look like shit.
