@dudesapal just so you know, parkour is actually exactly what were doing, getting from point A (being the beginning) to Point B (being the coke) as quickly and effiently as possible, you might be thinking of freerunning which is just about what everyone does, including tricking and flips and what nots, hope this might have helped ya!

lol you guys look promising learn some flips and such and you'll be fine that one kids got beastly hair and i wish i could do real parkour but unfortunately the only buildings around me are peoples houses and the roofs are cheap and translate sound very well.. no parkour for me

flips arent energy efficient or speed. this is parkour not free running. we dont go on buildings you could practice wall runs on trees any metal railings around? picnic tables? parkour can be done anywhere really. you can even do parkour on little kids playsets (the nice metal ones not the plastic crappy ones)
