i had this mp3 in the same color. i loved it! it was easy to navigate and never gave me any probs. now i lost it... : ( i was going to go purchase it again, but i came across the new nwz s545 and saw the external speakers and decided to get that one. i was determined to stick with the sony brand tho. love the sound quality! :)

is this an american one as ive heard the european ones there turning the volume down on all mini media players now just got hold of a nokia 5800 and i can hardly hear it..and its crap too as it allways disconnects from the pc and only connects when it wants to ...dam those men in black,,you'll lose out in the long run

how or what do you use to get videos on it?? i know it has to be an mpg4, but the only one i managed to actually work is nightmare before christmas, anything else it either doesnt work at all or i just get an orange screen and audio
