Amazing song. I'm always blown away by every time I hear a new song from this band. I'm so glad they are still going and only wish they could gain similar public attention to that of Eskimo Joe. Red Jez are so much better.

The 'Perth sound' you announce dead is only stunned by End of Fashion and Eskimo Joe rewriting their favourite 80's songs and calling them singles. Independence is still string, and I think it's better than 5 years ago as you don't have to be a member of Sleepy Jackson or any other seed band in WA to get a gig.
see if you can spot the ghost of RJ's manager in there... you have to look very close! kind of like the 3 man and a baby thing, but I guess it's more 4 men and (one with) a beer
I love this song! Gunna play it on my radio station in England! (just a local uni station but any publicity is good!)

The "Perth Sound" ended when Mukaizake did.
It's been incredibly generic since.
And now the Tucker B's arent't here, or even a genuine outfit anymore, there is no one to "keep it real".Lol!
