  • What this comedian fails to mention is that the belief in "limbo" (Latin for edge/boundary) expressed by the priest in the story is only a personal belief of that person/priest and not actually doctrines taught by the church. The catholic church has no doctrine/dogma regarding what happens to unbaptized infants, and all Catholics, including priests are free to believe what they want about this subject. Labeling the video "catholic dogma" is obviously misleading, as this is not catholic dogma. P

  • this guys is hilarous!

  • OMG he was catholic - now it makes perfect sense that he would be on this rabbit trail.

  • The most difficult subject to discuss is religion or God. The thing we have to understand is that whatever it is that created us or how we are created is in fact called GOD. I use the word GOD because its a earthly term that would explain or name the higher power,(what ever you choose that to be) So in essence there really is no right or wrong answer when it comes to this, its whatever you believe GOD to be, Because GOD is everything.

  • The guy is more comedian than a theologian of philosopher or.. People who discover God do not have need to mock anyone, catholics in this case (by the way, I am not a catholic but an easter orthodox christian). He does not have that serenity and humor and true happiness that truly religious people have. Just another american businessman who uses peoples' hunger for God to earn lots of money. Fortunatelly, we from Southern Europe are imune to those characters.

  • @Nemija hi I'm commenting on your "just another american businessman" post. this is a small clip, granted the funniest part, out of a larger lecture. If you wish you can watch the entire lecture if you search on "we are god, god is love neale" on youtube. In its entirety it will convey something completely different. I live in Western Europe :) So you don't have to take my word for it if you believe "the dutch" are easily swayed :p Religion wise most are atheists politics whole diff ballgame..:/

  • @NewWorldParty Just live your life well and enjoy it. Dont hate and do no harm if you can at all help it. Dont fear anyone who tells you they know the mind of god and what happens after we die. No-one does - whatever their authority for saying it! If there is a god he wouldn't thanks us for all the nonsense preached in his name and all the dreadful things men have done in the belief that he is on their side. Do you rememeber the time before you were born? Love yourself and others - nuff said!

  • no fool like an old fool

  • @NewWorldParty Couldn't agree more. Well said! Sadly you will probably get the same responses I've been getting from religious nutters saying I'll be damned in the fires of hell forever and god has an eternity of pain reserved for people like me - heathens etc etc. So much for the compassionate all forgiving god? Good luck!

  • @NewWorldParty Catholicism and every other religion does have tunnel vision. The tunnel they believe leads straight to THEIR god. Not a false god but the one true god! Neale Walsh is an eloquent and undoubtedly nice guy IMHO. However, he just turns the gibberish of these delusional beliefs into eloquent gibberish - thats all it is! Thanks for the post - I need it given some of the death threats I get from so called religious types!

  • Do you find yourself drawn to ancient creation myths - concerned about how other people conduct their sexual relationships and which positions they use and the foods they eat and when? Do you feel you have the ultimate authority to assert that you are right - that god really is on your side despite any tangible evidence to the contrary? Do you claim to know the future and the past and to know what happens when we die? Then you are delusional and you have religion. But there is a cure - post me!

  • Neal Donal is a New Age teacher. For more info, go on video.google and watch "MEGIDDO 2", and you will SURELY RECONSIDER your view on this kind of TEACHINGS....May GOD Give you His Light.

  • @klaudelus

For those who dont want a badly animated revision of the bible ... dont watch "MEGIDO 2". Its a complete waste of time.

  • @Colaterial23 Did you watch it all? I think you should let others decide that, my point is you have to research all the information, not only a part of it. If you watch all the Megiddo II you will find the "NEW AGE AGENDA" exposed and rebuked. I think you should realy start realizing you have to cross over your ego and go STUDY the Word of God. May God give you Light.

  • Simplement Génial!

  • I must say johnthreesixteen, I don't have a personal problem with your's or anyone's personal relationship with God the Father, Son & Holy Spirit. I'm just defending my faith from the lies and falsehood about the truth's of the Cathloic Church, done deliberately or by ignorance.

  • @stancan2 And i for one respect you for your sincerity and strength

  • Well your correct in a small and significant part, but far and away in another.

We become "members" of the Body of Christ by following and recieving the grace given freely by Him through the Holy Spirit in His Church. Not churches," Christ said, "MY Church" and not my churches.ONE, TRUE CHURCH! The Catholic Church.

    I

  • I see the relationship with Jesus and the institution of His Church much the same way as a relationship of man & women in the institution of marriage.

  • @stancan2 But, the church IS Jesus Christ HIMSELF.

  • The true church of Jesus Christ is a relationship, not a membership. It isnt any particular protestant denomination or Roman catholic. It doesn't have a roof or an address. We are the Body of Christ, past present and future from all around the world who have accepted Christs work on the cross for our sins 2000 years ago, once and for all. Our names have been written in the Book of Life from the beginning. 1 cross + 3 nails = 4 given.

  • From a Catholic perspective, trying to prove the Catholic faith is biblical is a bit like trying to prove the American government is Constitutional. Just as the U.S. Constitution came from the American Government, the Bible came from the Catholic Church. Those christians who criticize the Catholic Church's teachings on faith and morals are therefore criticizing the very Church that gave them the Bible. Go figure!

  • Don't most non-catholics find it fustrating to talk with Christians who place more confidence in their own or in a pastor's ability to interpret the Scriptures than in the reliability of what the first Christians had to say about a particular teaching?

  • The Scriptures are full of examples where Jesus extends healing grace to people based on the faith of others. For example, Jesus forgives the sins of the paralytic based on the faith of those who brought him. Jesus heals the centurion's servant based on the faith of the centurion. Jesus exorcies the child unclean spirit based on the father's faith. God spared the 1st born child's life during the Passover based on the parents faith. You should do and believe what Jesus does.

  • @jrblack83 Infant baptism is not biblical. A person must believe, and THEN be baptized. the rcc is unbiblical and anti-Christian.

  • @kiwichristian2009 Christ commanded His apostles to baptize ALL people in the name of the Father , Son and Holy Spirit. This includes children too. This has been practice of the Orthodox and many Protestant churches as well. Parents bring their children to the waters of baptism by promising to raise him or her in the faith. For adults who are to be batized, the Church also requires them to profess their faith in Christ. Because baptism is salvific, the earlier one comes to baptism, the better.

  • @stancan2 God also commands that a person must BELIEVE and then be baptised. Water baptism does NOT save you.

  • @kiwichristian2009 Matthew 3:11....KJV "I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire."

  • @kiwichristian2009 , Ask yourself, if God is willing to effect spiritual and physical cures for children based on the faith of their parents, HOW MUCH MORE will He give the grace of baptism to children based upon the faith of their parents?

  • @stancan2 No, because everyone has their own mind to decide whether to have faith or not. I have full faith that God can save a child-murderer who worships satan. There is no doubt that God can heal that person. Again, in the Word of God, we must believe first, then be baptised. If baptism saves, what of the thief on the cross? what of Mary, there is no record that he or she was baptised.

  • Cardinal Newman, in his book, "The Development of the Christian Religion," admits that ... "Temples, incense, oil lamps, votive offerings, holy water, holidays and season of devotions, processions, blessing of fields, sacerdotal vestments, the tonsure (of priests and monks and nuns), images ... are all of pagan origin..." (Page 359).

  • @kiwichristian2009 That is ridiculous and absurd. Read the Old testament. Read the new Testament.

  • @stancan2 Dont tell me, tell this roman catholic church person!

  • @kiwichristian2009 That is lies and crap you are spreading. You obviously have not read any book written by anyy Catholic Cardinal. You are spreading the lies you got from a Web. Site. This is how Satan does his work through falsehood and lies. Jesus said "nerther the gates of hell will prevail " Is this how you understand your faith kiwichristian, Web Surfing?

  • @stancan2 Again, i am just passing on what this person said. Want another one? Through some crack or other in the temple of God, the smoke of Satan has entered . — Pope Paul VI, 1972 or how about a catholic exorcist saying satan is everywhere in the vatican? Ignore your human feelings and look at the facts, my friend.

  • @kiwichristian2009 Again and Again you spread the lies of satan about the Church Jesus Founded and Formed. Be ashamed!

  • @stancan2 First, you are a lier to say that Jesus founded the roman catholic church. Secondly, these are things that catholic church "staff" have said, so its up to you whether you have been brainwashed so much that you must filter out anything you don't want to know about.

  • @kiwichristian2009 I agree. I am an ex-Roman catholic and I too had to ignore human feelings and the religious customs of my family. Pray to Christ and search the bible for truth.

  • @johnthreesixteen316 There are no ex-catholic you are or your not. Or the Church excommunicates the sorry ass.. "What you bind on Earth will be bound in Heaven" You excepted the true faith or you didn't. Even former priest or nun's. They are catholics who abandon the true faith. And broke their vows. A solemn promise to God. They promised God Almighty live and act a certain way. And the broke it!

  • @stancan2 The true church of Jesus Christ is a relationship, not a membership.

  • @johnthreesixteen316 You are repeating the same incorrect protestant doctrine as you posted 14 above this one...And it's still incorrect . It's wrong and it's certainly not biblical. Christ instiituted and established His ONE CURCH. " Upon This Rock I Will Build MY Church" Are all non catholics implying Christ got it wrong?

  • @johnthreesixteen316 Whatever makes you happy my friend. Whatever makes you happy. Because of course knowing about a human figure in utter pain is the true definition of happiness, right?:)

If you can find it acceptable to "forgive" my sarcasm:)

  • @johnthreesixteen316

"The true church of Jesus Christ is a relationship, not a membership"

That is nothing more than a flawed opinion. Show us otherwise.

  • @MrJamesthecatholic uhm john 3:16 by buddy

  • @bigrndahouse

What about John 3:16 buddy ? Can you show me the word relationship in Jn 3:16 buddy ?

  • @MrJamesthecatholic just read it. im sure if your a person of intellict you will figure it out. Does it mention that he died for religion? i dont know...but my text sure doesnt. religion is man made. Catholic church has changed so many times its pathetic, not the church that Jesus established. did peter do the rosary? nope that was introduced after the fact. its funny im protestant and never done the things that are set forth by pope and im very close to God because im his child..not a member.

  • @bigrndahouse

"did peter do the rosary? "

You know you give me a smile. Can you tell me what you think is wrong with the rosary. I betya.. you have no clue what the rosary is.

  • @MrJamesthecatholic You sound like a person who always has to be right heres facts. Rosary prays to Mary which is dead..doesnt it say not to worry about the dead for the dead is gone in Ecc 9:5-6. enough said. ITs in the bible but man put it forth. I been to many mass, same thing over and over. To worried about me following the "one church" rather than worrying about my soul..that to defies the word of GOd.but im not going to continue becausesince this makes you smile..prideful one

  • @MrJamesthecatholic but all in honesty, im sure God loves everyone regardless of doctrine they choose to follow. If it works for you then so be it however i think we are missing the point and we are probably satisfying Satan in our bickering of who we think is right or wrong. in the end its all about souls and not converting people to whatever dogma you belong to. Jesus doesnt care if he did im sure it would say Jesus died for you so you can be a member in a club. but it doesnt. love ya James

  • @bigrndahouse

"but all in honesty, im sure God loves everyone regardless of doctrine they choose to follow. "

Well the question was never about God's love - God loves each and every human being - cause each one of us are made in his image and likeness. The question is how do you obey the Lord you God.

"i think we are missing the point and we are probably satisfying Satan in our bickering of who we think is right or wrong"

If thats true my friend.. then moslems and hindus are correct too ?

  • @MrJamesthecatholic ya..we were talking about protestant and catholic...we werent talking about those. Process of elimination. I didnt say all religions right?

  • @johnthreesixteen316 Yea that answers no issues brought up here by Neale. Also, what about the people who were born before and died before Jesus' time?

You really need to think about the dis-logic of your religion.

  • @ToshihaGeiko Hello friend. Christianity isn't religion. Christ's death on the cross for your sins and mine is one part of God's plan to redeem mankind back to Himself. Give Him a call. You know His number.

  • @johnthreesixteen316 I'm not your friend, don't you dare call me that. You'll find out when you die there is no heaven and no hell. It just is what it is. And your reply STILL DOES NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION. Open your eyes.

  • @stancan2 So, Hitler was a catholic and was never excommunicated, right? What about your pedophile priests, why are they NOT excommunicated or at least turned over to the police at the first instance, rather than moved-on to new churches with more little boy and girls to rape and abuse? Answer: The roman catholic priesthood is a haven and repository for pedophiles and homosexuals.

  • @kiwichristian2009 Hitler was not a Catholic. You just stated a lie, Prove it! The pedophile priest are no more mine than yours like any sick sinner. You yourself said," I have full faith that God can save a child-murderer who worships satan."

I guess your faith is limited to non-catholic christians and not with the real God.

  • @stancan2 Yes, hitler was a catholic. ( watch?v=KNN-M4wMbT4 )Hitler said about the holocaust that he was "carrying out what the catholic church had started". Have you seen the buddy-buddy photos of the pope and hitler? Open your eyes!

  • @kiwichristian2009 Come ON! you didn't see a documentary of any kind. Know History! You or some Loony Utube'er can't change it. Historical fact is Pope Pious XII saved hundereds of thousands of Jew to escape the Germany. Hitler was your non-catholic brother. You get your picture taken with say "Bono", that doesn't make him your buddy.

  • @kiwichristian2009 WRONG AGAIN....

  • @kiwichristian2009 What? are you lost in some episode of LOST?

    The Black Smoke Monster?

  • @stancan2 Satan would not be in the house of God ,because that is where Christ is!

  • @stancan2 Are you so ignorant that you do not know your own "church" workings? Or are you so brainwashed that you selectively filter what you want and what you dont want to know. Again i will quote your pope “Through some crack or other in the temple of God, the smoke of Satan has entered .” — Pope Paul VI, 1972

  • @kiwichristian2009 I'll bet if you look it up yourself, and not base your faith on what crap is writen by people you are so quick to base your doctrine on you would see a misquote and very much taken out of context. Bet your life Pope John was not implying the Church was demon infested. Your ignorance and arrogance ,if it were not so blasphemes, is laughable!!

  • @stancan2 More of less blasphemous than the pope saying it is ok to worship mary? Pope Pius IX in 1854 “Let all the children of the Catholic Church ... Proceed to worship, invoke, and pray to the most blessed Virgin Mary, mother of God. ”

  • @stancan2 And no, i dont think pope john was implying anything, he was stating it plainly.

  • @kiwichristian2009 Who are you miss quoting Pope John or Pope Paul?

But it doesn't really matter. Your confused..

  • @stancan2 Since you love your pope so much, answer me this. Why did he need immunity from prosecution before he visited the USA? And, you said "Pope John was not implying the Church was demon infested.", what was he implying or saying then?

  • @kiwichristian2009 kiwichristian, Yes I love our Pope, you have not quoted any Pope since the beginning of the Catholic Church. From Peter to Pope Benedict. That's almost 300 Popes. You should lear Histiry correctly, and not from as you stated earlier, "I am just passing on what this person said" Your passing LIES!

  • @stancan2 Wow, a catholic mocking the pope. be careful, my friend, the jesuits are everywhere! :)

  • @kiwichristian2009 you believe what anyone tell's you as truth without knowing? Beware! This is how Satan attempts to remove you from God's Grace and bring you to him. Be a truth seeker, and not a spreader of lies. There are now and have always been many evil forces from the outside and some within, that will forever attempt to destroy Jesus and His Church. I take comfort believing what Jesus said, "neither the gates of hell will prevail" WORD!

  • @stancan2 Oh, i do, my friend. Satan is good at his job, and what better way to pull people away from God than by creating the rcc and replacing God with a wafer and Jesus with a woman!

  • @kiwichristian2009 And to have his words spew from your mouth. You know really nothing about The Catholic Church except the lies you were taught by the people who call themselves christians. You should learn true history and not some hate induced crap made up by the very evil demons who attack Christs' Church.

  • @stancan2 Most of my church brothers and sisters were from the catholic church. Just because you dont like what i say, no need to automatically assume that i dont know what i am talking about.

  • @kiwichristian2009 I know you don't know what your talking about when you speak ot the One,True Church. Your friends were former Catholics,...WOW. So now your an authority?.. Before the Protestant Reformation, "all true Christian's"

    were Catholic.

  • @stancan2 I have.

  • @kiwichristian2009 Absolutely correct! This is why it is called the ROMAN catholic church.

  • @johnthreesixteen316 Actually it's not the "Roman Catholic Church" It is known and called this as well as "The First Church" , "The True Church Established By Christ",

"The Universal Church" . The Catholic Church of America " The Catholic Church of Europe" The Catholic Church of Asia . It's is called in many ways. It . It is the "Catholic Church" Catholic meaning Universal

  • @stancan2 How appropriate to call the church Jesus Christ established for all time

    "Catholic". Greek word meaning Universal.

  • @stancan2 Hello friend. The true church of Jesus Christ is a relationship, not a membership.

  • @johnthreesixteen316 Not liking your material equation. Like most non-catholics, they tend to over simplify articles of faith and the word of God.

  • @stancan2 Over simplify?......2 Corinthians 11:3 "But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the SIMPLICITY that is in Christ. 4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him."

  • @johnthreesixteen316 Did the your bible teach you your equation? Because my Bible teaches the Passion was not so simple as you equate your salvation.

  • @kiwichristian2009 Did Jesus teach in a temple? Was incense used in the same temples? Is the Passover a Jewish feast day as well as a holiday? Didn't Jesus wear a seamless garment when He was crucified? Were not votive offerings done all throughout the Old Testament in gratitude, devotion and fulfillment?

  • Go Donald GO I love the speach and your books

  • Nellie MOCKS any message about GOD and replaces it with what he got from underlings of Satan. Nice trade in clueless crowd. Jesus Christ asks for a relationship with mankind and the example for how to become Saved thru Faith? Read the story of the Thief on the Cross next to Jesus. Mock away Nellie - your soul snatching days will soon be judged by the one you pretend is now you ~

  • Hmmmmm...sounds more like conversations with Satan..by the way, if you buy his book or dvd, he makes more money....

  • @boodestain So if he took up a collection... that would be better than selling DVDs?

  • Just another being who is making money off stuff we already know....he love's the spotlight...anyone can do this, even you :)

  • Galatians 1:8,9 - Anyone who preaches differently from the gospel is accursed.

2 Thess 2:10-12 "And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."

  • @kiwichristian2009 = this guy is another in the long line up of demonic channelers insisting they now puppet Holy Triune Living GOD? ~whoops! They are able to do so because immoral god haters with no actual Biblical knowledge allow this liar to tell them his Adult Demonic Fairy tales for his mentor = Satan. They LUV the lies more than the TRUTH left to us in The Bible by Living GOD

  • @jrblack83 good for you

    o/

  • @jrblack83 mate, i will have a question to you.

since adam and eve were 1st humans on earth and they had sons, cain and able

(maybe even some 3rd son, i dont remember exactly)

then it suggests that we ALL are a product of some fucked up INCEST.

do you even know what gene mutation is?

IF you have anything interesting to say in this matter, please do.

    otherwise... leave it.

  • @utar88utar, the apologetic response would be: The bible mentions Adam and Eve as the first God had created, it does not mention further as to if they were the 'only' ones created by God. So, God could create more.

  • @mark7996 ...or it could be UFO who brought more people. that's true.

it means that you believe in what bible is saying (god) AND you also believe in what bible is NOT saying. so it's possible that at the end of bible it could say : '...just kidding. religion is bullshit'. it's also possible :]

religion = control of masses and exploitation of human race.

  • He heck, I just have to say it....the Pope, like all other religions whom change their "rules" over the years...I have been told, the reason they do this is because...drum roll...."The light is getting brighter and brighter." Oh, if only people could see this for what it is...ugh...

  • It's funny how people are laughing at every word he is saying, even if it's not funny at all. Mass hypnosis, this is what it is

  • I think he is funny...lol...but if you prescribe to organized religion's practices, I can see why you would not find him funny.

  • actually Jesus gave 1 'commandment' go look it up ;) john13:24

  • "LIMBO IS NOT A CATHOLIC DOCTRINE!"

The caps is what convinced me.

  • we are all god so, your arguing with your self. lol

  • Brilliant. We are making it up.

    exactly.

  • All scriptures are inspired by God

  • They through out the concept of LImbo because it had been speculated about for years. Besides, it's easy to tell that realistic Catholicism contradicts that particular preists ideology.

  • It is obvious to me why he ask the door to be lock.

In a comedic since, Because so are his beliefs.

  • In about "five seconds" into this video, I saw what this man's proclaimed stories of what happen to him as a young catholic, to what his self serving, anti-catholic , "comedic stick" really did. He is really "Killing the Audience " with his preaching of false truth about Catholic Dogma,(truth immediately reveled by God) and(Catholic Discipline),Magisterial Teachings.Certainly, not all former alter boys were "authorities" of the Church and "Saintly."

  • Not every member of the Catholic Church saintly.

From the congregation to the Priests. I know this.

But, the Dogma-truth immediately reveled by God.

Doctrine- a teaching pertaining to faith, which is theologically certain and solemnly defined and guarantied by the magistrate

Discipline- A practical dictate, based on a doctrine, which could change of the Churches Magisterial Teachings(no meat on Friday)

What is so comedic of Walsch's untruths?

  • EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hello there, I have made a myspace of Neale and his teachings. If any of you are a believer of Neale's work, please add this well set up page the url is:nealedw

    Blessings & thanks.

  • Very funny and entertaining but with a wonderfully liberating message. Blessings to all :-) x

  • Comment removed

  • well thats maybe true for you if you think that but its not true for all

  • it's a shame that it seems like having that belief doesn't make you a better person.

but if you like being an arrogant ignorant peice of shit, then please, keep going =D i find it so entertaining ^_^

  • this is the problem though. religion is the catalyst that makes atheists think the way they do. God is not separate from anyone. this thought that it's some "guy in the sky" and complaining why your life sucks is your reason why you're an atheist. indeed it's great you have morals but is it immoral to call someone stupid simply b/c they have a different belief? so it DOESN'T make you a better person...like it or not, you're an asshole. that's simply a common observation.

  • please don't flatter yourself. you're not "smarter" if that is who you think you are. simply saying you're smarter doesn't make you look smart. that's just an assumption of yourself. just like saying "oh i think i'm a better person than you." that's just your opinion.

i'll agree that religion is what keeps the people of the world seeing in a haze. but there is nothing wrong with believing that there is a God. if you can't find the balance b/t that and your shitty life, there is no clarity.

  • I see atheism as only "self serving" Individualism.

No community, whether it is as small as a family or as large as a nation, can grow strong by this belief or attitude.

  • Then I would say this.; the corner stone of the greatest achievement of any individual , is Jesus Christ Son and Word of God. Who made Simon -Peter, and gave him the keys to heaven and made him the foundation of Jesus Christ Church on earth. Those that believe and follow Him may live forever. A fifty-fifty shot, a atheist gambler might think. And, elect Jesus Christ as better odds. To died someday and live for all eternity or died and wish you were dead for ever.

    See Catholics come home site.

  • I have just to look at Nations of the Earth that have no god, including the God of Abraham and see their dangerous attempt to become strong Without the one God. For one's sake, and the sake of one's family and nation, would be to seek peace. And a man of peace is Jesus. Follow Jesus.

  • The meaning of life could "always" be answered.

Know, love, and serve God. God First, All people who are Children of God ; second, and me third.

  • Ahhhh, sure you can! At 0400 I'm not at my "peak" Forget other "religions of the world" You live in America, where to determine your credibility you would place your hand on a bible in a court of law and swear to tell the whole truth. You want numbers? There are over a billion Catholic in the world.

  • America was a founded a Christian nation. I do not doubt that nor do it say that religion has not had a profound cultural impact on the world. Think of all the great works of art commisioned by the vatican. Culture is one thing, yet to believe it to be true is foolhardy. Swearing on the bible in court is the same as teaching about the tooth fairy to our kids. A tradition, a nod to our history. Worthy, but not practical to actually believe.

  • American tradition not worthy? Not practical?

I think your not only godless, but do you have a country you love?

  • My computer promotes God and certainly there is hundreds of thousands of pages that claim His existence and instruct His teachings. Not a bad "tool" for God. Wouldn't you agree?

  • @atheistftwins Science is leaning towards the existence of a Supreme Being each moment of each day. Scientist who are not blinded by their stupidity see what must have been form the 1st moment of time. A Divine Plan. My grammer is fine. I can communicate . You sir or ma'am can't make sence because you are probably dence and blind.

  • I don't get how one can be blind, and see clearly.

Atheism does effect a community. Lets start with a small community like a family. Not believing in sin is not excepting that it "kills us" I would rather myself and my family live in a community of servants of God, than to live in a self serving , non repentant one. Agnostics who believe in a" higher power", and choose not to recognize God are really just "atheists" in dout

  • You say that your "god" is the real "god". What about the 1000 other religions eh? What about protestants since you are Catholic. What makes it so that your version of "god" is any better than theirs? Atheism and Agnosticism are all really just two sides of the same coin to me, but anyone ignorant enough to believe that society needs THEIR PARTICULAR religion to be happy hasn't seen enough of the world. Have you seen Europe lately? Over 50% atheist/agnostic, best living standards per capita.

  • First off I don't believe in your statistics of atheist per capita. I'm certain you could find the atheist faith in a much lower stat. You have put words in my mouth that I didn't say. There is only one God. All protestants, Catholic, and I believe Muslims pray to the God of Abraham. There is obviously many different doctrines. We Catholics believe Christ founded Our Church . Regardless all followers of Christ are Christians. We have the scriptures written over 2000 years ago

  • Pagan gods created by ancient man. No comparison! The Word of God was not available to them. Great stories though!

  • You know that all Catholics and non catholic Christians believe in the same God. protestants believe in sola Scriptura; Latin for "Scripture alone" Catholics believe in Scripture and tradition.

  • @stancan2 Wrong. catholics deny the God and Jesus Christ of the Bible. Their doctrines and beliefs are unbiblical, anti-biblical and anti-Christian.

  • You are dead wrong. Atheism is part of a larger mind set called REASON. Hmm, what else has reason as its major driving force? Try maybe....SCIENCE! Do I really need to spell out how much more vastly beneficial that is to humankind in the long run than "community" based ancient myths are? Dropping the idea of a magic sky daddy and addressing what is real in the world, real solutions for real problems, is the only way we are going to survive. Religion stifles reason.

  • Of course I' m correct! And , God is the greatest scientist of all! You have to look no farther than our universe. It's all been created by divine plan!

Science is proving this regularly!.The Sun for instance could not be a 1/2 mile closer and sustain life. Divine Creation is proving evolution are false theory . Look at the canyons made by mount Saint Helen's eruption. Like the Grand Canyon but done in a fraction of time. Weird science compared to the Supreme Being? No contest!

  • No point in even trying with you. You have drunk the kool aide. Utterly deluded. I just hope you do not squander your life groveling and praying for a better next life like so many religious do. Enjoy the one life you know for sure you are lucky enough to have. Assertions and circular arguments like yours do not impress me nor does the fact you are not even responding to the original point I made.

  • My life is enriched with the many blessings of God! My family, friends, my work, everything! I wasn't aware that you were "trying" anything with me. I live in America, and though it is less than perfect, I don't live in famine or extermination of a particular group of people because of a belief , race or creed. Other people living on planet earth are suffering because of Man's " reasoning ." I sometimes forget that these people are all children of God.

Praying to God, is to know God.

  • It is all to obvious, the world is in this chaos, because of man's justifiable reasoning.Man has always used abstract thought, thinking he is coherent and logical to justify his means to and end. Has it worked throughout history? Ask yourself this; has man's reasoning always work in his favor? To answer in the affirmed would be absurd. I KNOW God, I know him! I have a relationship with him. That is how I know he exist. I have a relationship with my mother. No one can tell me she doesn't exists.

  • Who is we? Do you speak for a group? I am conversing with "you". I suppose the greatest trick is that some human brains can think of godless creation . What an imagination to think we all came from the sea. DNA profile testing would prove otherwise. May I suggest you read about creation from scientist who are Christian, and get an accurate perspective instead of being wrongfully influenced by the atheist religion , Atheist can not disprove of the God of creation

  • What is your profession? Because I have been to various scientific conferences and presented as well. Cellular biology and genetic engineering is my specialty with a side interest in evolutionary biology. I know what the scientific community's consensus is. Even scientists that are Christian do not deny evolution as I personally know several. Scientists who are Christian are different from "Christian scientists". The latter do not get published nor held in any regard by the scientific community.

  • You may claim you have a great mind. You get a room full of scientists attempting to explain some aspects of the natural world and the varieties of circumstances of specific sets of phenomena. Your theories must contain facts and laws and tested hypotheses to be true. Are they?

  • Science is all about evidence. Evolution, carbon dating. These are ideas that are tested and pass the test of time and criticism. There is innumerable evidence supporting all scientific theories and though they are disproven and revolution occurs all the time in the scientific community, it is a sign of progress. Though the bible has remained the same for centuries, it is merely stagnant. As false and supportless as it always has been. Religion is dying in the face of science.

  • Aside from all of the nonsense about "not being able to disprove god", the belief in the idea of a god is agnosticism. The belief in a specific well defined god is religion. In your case, the judeo-christian god. The bible is almost entirely fiction, if you take a way the parts where it contradicts with proven science or itself for that matter, you will see that only a few pages remain. Since the supposed "word of god" has been disproven on many occasions, your god itself is put into doubt.

  • Absolute "nonsense," If you read the Bible, you would see "ALL" prophesies have come to past. The Belief in God is "common sense" Science is based on part by "Cause and Effect " Who started the "Cause" to create the "Effect?" A divine monkey? Answer, A Supreme Being "God." A God who gave us His Son to be slaughtered to save us from "ourselves" and "not " from Himself. Where here for an instant in the realm of eternity to "Know, Love, and Serve Him" Atheism is a self serving Religion and belief.

  • Then what is the "cause" of God? If you claim that God just suddenly came to be, I could equally claim that the Universe just came to be. Your argument is moot. Also, the claim of all prophesies coming true, you either didn't properly read your own book or have never heard of Google. There are many that are just outrageous. Atheism and Agnosticism is not self serving, but merely skeptical. We don't believe without proof. I wouldn't believe you if you claimed you could fly for example.

  • God always was, always will be, and always remain the same.

  • Hows about no less than "60" prophesies fulfilled from the old to new testaments. I can read. My question to you is, do you even bother?

Look no further than here on u-tube and search; Biblical prophesies fulfilled.

  • I care not about the "prophecies" that were fulfilled. There are more that are unfullfilled. Also, they are very poorly worded (most of them). Not only that but 90% of them are simple common sense "predictions". Think nostradamus, his "predictions" also "came true", but really it's postselection bias. People interpret the wording to be a "prophecy" that came true when in reality, it could have been interpreted many ways.

  • In God's time all prophecies will be fulfilled, and you and everyone else will witness it. your general statement of "90% of them are common sense" is really uncommon. Predictions are not the same as prophecies.

  • 60 prophecies fulfilled from the old to new testaments . Not a bad track record....

  • Actually my "argument" is spiral.

Point 1. The Scriptures are historically reliable(a point of agreement for all Christians.Point 2.Therefore we must demonstrate the Scriptures reveal that Christ established an infallible Church. Point 3. Once the existence of this infallible Church is established, we may then conclude that the Scriptures are inspired because the infallible Church says they are inspired. It is the Bible and the Church-both or neither!

  • I have drank the blood and eaten the body of Christ. Protestants believe when Christ said this at the Last Supper, He was speaking symbolically . The Catholic hold The Eucharist as the summit of our faith. John chapter 6 verse 51 through 60 reads Christ sermon to his followers to "eat his body "and "drink his blood " for "eternal life". This shocked all present including His disciples, but Christ said it three times.

  • You are straight psycho. I know that is a logical fallacy in regards to your argument, but fuck you're nuts. Batshit crazy.

  • What up newcoyote? Did the little atheist have a bad day? Are you so lost in your confusion that you have to resort to profanity? Are you quoting scripture from atheist handout? Dude, you don't have to make any effort to respond to these posts. This is a free society man. I not attempting to argue with anyone, just discussing the different 's in our belief for a greater knowledge and understanding.

I have to ask, ever seen batshit ?

  • No. I had a great day and life so far. It is just scary knowing there are people so far gone as you. Reading your posts I can not be sure you are real. Eating and drinking blood? Very disturbing. I hope there are no children anywhere near you.
