GREAT VIDEO honestly this will help me alot thank you
But I do have a question. When I squat I sometimes feel that my upper body is starting to shake and that I might fall forwards.. while I do the right stand what could I be doing wrong?
@GUIPenguin I've seen really strong men do it both ways. The downfall to having it too low on the back is that when the weight gets over say 600 pounds it can roll down the back too easy.
Great Video Guys. These helpful hints on safty are on point.. You can't do any exercise if your hurt, so proper training knowledge is a must. keep up the good work. Herc.
somethings wrong with my body or something, I'm thin and in pretty descent shape, but theres something with my legs or something where I get to the point where my thighs are ALMOST parallel with the ground, but I just cant keep balance and collapse
Great video! The elbows pointing down helps me prevent doing a "good morning" during the squat. One thing I wish you covered was the breathing. Do you breath different for 1 rep vs 3 or 5 or 12reps? Some say when doing really low reps you suck in as much air as possible, push out your belly, and don't breath thru the whole movement so as to keep a tight core. Is this right? So when doing squats for speed/power/hypertrophy how do you breath? On the way up or at the top of each squat? THANKS!
Perfect! Thanks for this video
