@MxRider710 Preston county, pretty much everyone around here go by the rule its brown its down and the deer dont have a chance to get big... For around here where i live, thats a huge buck
@80shairmetalman yeah there is a guy beside our far hes about 1 mile away and he follows that rule if its brown its down he never lets deer get big but the deer usually end up stayin on our property we have 4 apple orchards and the deer love but i dont hunt of the apple orchards that would be cheating butlast year i took my best buck my 12 point heavy deer and my dad took a heavy 8 point with a 2 inch drop tine but im from putnam county if i can ill try to send ya some pics of our last year deer

nice buck for anywhere. we have true giants here in wyoming county where it is archery only, but man those suckers r tough to kill
