Crank your wheel back and forth when you start slowing down, it will help you find traction on random rocks and things. TIres help too, but I got props for gettin through it on the dunflops :)
nice broseph! i gotta stock '08 4x4 lockers i got some more videos i will be posting soon is your lifted in the front? oh mines manual 6 speed also dramquart "taco love"
For the record, the truck that went before me was an SASed Bronco I on 35s who nose dove in and got stuck. He spent 20 minutes trying to get it out. I went in steady and pushed the mud in front of me (the way it's supposed to be done) and made it all the way through my first try. Now my truck has engage 16" long travel
@beijingtaco At first I was thinking why the hell you were going so slow. But you technique probably kept you from digging in like the bronco with mt's. Nice truck and fuck the haters. I drive a lifted F150 and have appreciation for all bad ass trucks.
I got an '06 single pre runner and if you want a body lift, get a cheap 2 inch body lift or something and then I got 33 inch mickey thompson mtz's. I've been pleased with them ever since I got them. Exceptional offroading and they do really good on the road too.
aint shit cheap over 3 inches as far as suspension goes im runnin 3 inch susp and 3 inch body on mine with 35s and i got less than $600 in lift and it does pretty well but mines an 04 so i dont know if you can run 35s with the same lift as me since yours is an 07 if your not against body lifts try n see and if it wont do 35s do 33s itll still be decent
gettin stuck in mud has nothing to do with engine size... its all about tire width and lockers and weight... my old 22re could have done this with the right tires cake
wow and its stock, nice man. there a plenty of guys out there with big v-8's or diesels lifted to the sky with all the shiny "FOX" shocks that they will never use. they can talk crap about a little v-6 if they want but i bet they hesitate when they encounter something like you just did....plus they dont even have side-bite with they "off-roading low pro" tires. fuck em...especially seePproductions, who drives a v-8 350, who didint think about getting that truck with a power stroke instead of v8
OMG!! This looks so fun! My dad just got an '07 Taco.. it's only a 4x2 but hey it's a V6 and prettty powerful! Can't wait to try something like this out!
mY 2002 Tacoma 4x4 rescued a ford explore 4x4. IT WAS STUCK! I really enjoyed gloating as i pulled that ford to more stable ground. "you got it Toyota!"
o sorry 6 banger minez a v8 f350 fox shox custom paint lifted 8 inches from wat it came stock 38 inch mudd boggers my truk will fuk ur shit up u blow dick and ur truk is a toyota ur a pussy u and ur little chinese piece of shit its ugly as hell...and i just made my profile dum fuk
eh, thats fine, at least the tacoma will make it past 10,000 miles before its found on road dead and spends the rest of its life in the shop. BTW i hope you enjoy 9 MPG!
dude fords suck ass i drove one for 3 years and will never drive a ford again and it japanese you dumb ass... and toyota doesnt need a bailout like ford and chevy do because they actually make quality trucks, all the part for toyota trucks are made in the US and ford are made in mexico you dumb fuck
wow ur trux a big piece of shit check my shit out on my channel it will fuck urs up i took that pick jus so u could see how bad ur 4 banger jap crap looks and ur stuk in 4 inches of mudd u blo go for a foot or more pussy.
he doesn't need 6" lift...go with 3" and get an ARB air locker for the front. Is that the TRD Offroad version? It has the wheels but im not sure. If so, do the grey wire mod.
No tacoma comes stock with a S/C. That is just a rumor that people think is true because. That whine or whistle you are hearing is his aftermarket intake and throttle body spacer.
eehh, we'll see....there is a "Ivan Ironman Stewart special edition package" Tacoma. An artical mentioned it in Four Wheeler November 2008 edition pp. 26. They tested a Tundra and mentioned a Taco and FJ edition.
aftermarket intake is true, but I dont have a throttle body spacer, those things are useless. The whine is from the mud getting between my brake calipers and the brake disc.
actually I never mud so I dont really need MTs. My friends were egging me on that day but I usually stick to trails and hill climbs. I do want to get some pizza cutters in the future tho.

If you work your tires side to side, lots of time you will get more traction. Just my 2 cents. Its great to see you out there using it!
