  • My friend has a restaurant and they use SWEET marsala wine so those negative remarks about using dry that just might be your preference! Great recipe and video, keep up the delicious looking food!!!!

  • this was a good recipe, the sauce was perfect. and no. this guy isn't horrible you can be creative as a chief, good job.

  • This guy is horrible. He is not even using the proper Marsala wine. You should use Dry Marsala wine, not sweet. If you are going to broadcast a recipe to the world at least get the basics right.

  • That chicken looks dry and not moist. Should it be cooked in the sauce for a bit? to soak up all these juices, wine and taste from chelots and parsley?

  • i noticed his sauce was a little runny and i kno da first time i made this it was. a little heavy cream will fix the problem. nice recipe tho

  • good eye..on that video the cameraman said "I only have 2 minutes of battery time.....so I hurried thru it..cause it cam shuts off mid video...all is wasted!

  • yea my recipe isn't really traditional italian cuz i use garlic in mine as well but its a lot more tastier so ill take tastiness over tradition anyday. it took me cookin this dish 4 times in order to get it right.

  • The mushrooms looked half rotten, I didn't understand the lemon squeezed over the chicken before the sauce. The butter added was nice though.

  • the flour that is on the chicken will absorb the lemon and the sauce will have its natural flavor and the chicken will have a the flavor of the lemon.
