THis is like Hawk Flies through the Forest training from Xingyi Lui He Quan. Interesting way it is combined with Baguazhang. Cool!!

A pumping method opens the channels for better chi flow and also conditions the body.

for what exactly are these nice moves good for it looks like a ritual of dance and a bit fight of 2 man.the choreography is good and it´s nice to see but where is it from and for what is this beeing trained , i would like to know thx
