No it sounds like the joint forces command have their head up their ass. It is July 10th, and where is the "imminent collapse"? July 5th Mexico had national elections to renew their congress and it was the most peaceful election in Mexican history. That is not a sign of a collapsing nation. Why would the CIA create such a rumor? Could it be because one of their Jets crashed in YUCATAN with 4 tons of Cocaine? Is that why the US had to accept and take blame for the drug problem?
