I shattered both heels from a 30 foot fall and it SUCKED!!!I had 27 screws and a plate in each foot and I can say I know how he felt.

I crushed my right heel jumping my dirtbike. I have never felt more pain at one time then when I did that. I feel it every morning when I get out of bed, and it last all day long. No more running, jumping or long walks.

I miss riding!
