Absolutely stunning interpretation of this hauntingly beautiful song. I am just so impressed and Andrew Kovaly (whose song Pete translated/adapted) would be equally moved by your treatment of it.

I have just uploaded Wizz Jones' 1972 renditioning of it and yours and his do it such justice. I always do my 'homework' before my uploads and I am so pleased to have therefore found yours here.

I like your return to the first verse too.

@zzenzero Thanks very much, Namaste - beautiful to hear the WIzz Jones' version again. My brother had the album and it went off to the States with him 35 years ago - my version is just from memory, which explains the differences :o)
