He allowed some really arrogant people to ruin his chance at re-election and put the smart, humble, hard workers on the back burner. There is a brother that came to my home, I think he was the Ward 5 coordinator, I felt sorry for him. Every time Moten opens his mouth I wonder why he isnt gagged so that the intelligent supporters can help the campaign.
