  • I struggled for 2 hours trying to figure out what to substitute where in these problems.. watched your video and learned it in 1 minute and 55 seconds.. thanks so much!

  • Thank you for going slow and speaking plainly and clearly. My professor goes at lightning speed and uses very fancy vocabulary. This is so helpful.

  • like number 69 :)

  • very nice video. thank you. it helped me a lot.

  • i love you :) seriously u saved my ass :D

  • Although this calculation is correct (for all the wrong reasons), if you start to think of derivatives this way you'll have really hard to understanding high level (rigorous) calculus.

  • @scibuffcom All books start you off like this, or at least mine, and my neighbors does. It changes later on afaik.

  • Helpful!

  • O M G!!!! you are 100000000 times better than my teacher!!!! We've been on this since school started and I NEVER understood it! What's up with that? Thanks SOOO MUCH!! (I'm in high school, so "teacher" is right.) (More like and "-er" cuz she can't teach... -.-*)

  • This was awesome, I just learned derivatives earlier today

  • THANK YOU! this helped sooooo much!!:)

  • thank you thank you THANK YOU.

  • No fucking way! This made sense!

  • thank you SO much! this helped soo soo much!

  • THANK YOU! :D

  • I know understand. It was great! Thank You

  • @leeeyanng what?

  • This is gr8!

  • tnks soo much.

  • I have this bloody exercise and I need some help, here is the thing :

If f ' has two solutions then prove that between those two solutions there is one and only solution of f

    ( f of course is a function )

  • I Fuckin' Love You. No homo.

  • this is way better than how my calulus teacher does it, Thank you so much

  • this one's easy. Do one with x^3 and sqrt(x).

  • @tardfarms I am stuck on one of those! really stuck!

  • @tardfarms there's no difference, also use sqrt(x) = x^1/2

  • SUPERBLY awesomely helpful.

Can you show us how to do the power rule in an equation like that one?

  • Thank you this was too helpful

  • omgshh! this was soo helpful!

  • i still don't get the point of h.... :/

  • @Bleachnarutoawesome

    this formula has a fixed h value ( h -> 0)

    (seen at right top corner)

  • I love you man thanks to you I'm going to ace my calc exam tommorow and get all my homework done you explain stuff so clearly my math proffesor is foreign so I have trouble understanding him. Thanks time 1000.

  • the best

  • You could just use the chain rule instead of raping our minds with formulas.

  • ur awesome at explaining this

  • OMG THANK YOU SOO MUCH!!! i have a test tomorrow, and i'll pass the derivative section all thanks to you!!
