THUMBS UP THIS COMMENT TO STOP ALL THE QUESTIONS. Ok, they released a movie during 1st generation with marill and donphan (which were 2nd generation). A picture of marill with the insides of its ears orange went around and then rumors went around saying there was an evolution of raichu called pikablu. Later, we found out it was completely different however, they did have a pre-evolution of pikachu called pichu.

Mewthree made his appearance in the Pokemon Movie IDK #, they didnt exist back then thats y the name of MissingNO is a reference to the missing number of the pokemon in question, as #151 pokemon could not exist and did not at that time, but they had plan on adding pokemon...

@MAZZ0Murder i know what prokegods are and they are blob from the first version of Pokemon as they had already come up with idea for new pokemon (Maril is one of them, its pikablu in the first version, Charcoalt do exist too) but they were never scripter right, so the script were there but not being used in the game code, but after lots of glitch finding and game crashing, people have found a total of 14 pokegods through pokemon blue/red/ylw, some are faked (like Mew and the truck box)

Yes, we know. Back in 1998-1999, rumors were started that the little water mouse's name was going to be "Pikablu" (obviously someone just made it up) and that he was catchable in Red and Blue. And I'm not positive but i'm assuming the maker of the video made it just as a joke in regards to the rumor.
