cool video ive used this alot for headaches and cramps, for cramps i put orange zest in the decoction it works great.thanx for the vid maybe if enuff people watch your videos the world wont be quite as stupid :)
I will never suggest mint boiling especially two times (decoction)! It can go bad on you stomach... can cause stomach ache. Instead, best mint tea "against" stomach ache ( I have been using it for years along with kalamath weed ) you will make it if you boil the water, take it off from the fire and soak it fresh green or dried up mint leaves, and not to keep it there longer then 3 minutes. Willow bark can have bad taste but it is better to use it as is without adding mint.
It will work for most minor pains, Willow contains the same chemical as Aspirin. If I remember right Aspirin was originally developed from willow abstracts .
very cool, how did it work? i also heard that you can chew theinner bark of the white willow for a head ache. something ya may wanna try some time as well.
Ok seriously man I really look forward to your videos and enjoy watching them you seem to have a natural way of teaching people about wilderness and survival and I learn a lot from these videos so thank you again and please keep them coming...

Can you make a large batch of this to store for later use? In a glass jar or bottle, for instance?
