I dont believe in poaching especially spotlighting but this method of catching people is unconstitutional.Its entrapment and I do not agree with it.

hahaha....here in NC it is illegal for wildlife officials to use decoys larger than 8point b/c it is considered entrapment....funny but true

3 separate accidents killed gramps with wives and grown familys that are missed

there way to many deer and not enough hunters as long as there in the woods who cares put food on your table

to be honest... I think that if you get caught poaching... Stealing... Killing... Rapeing... Or any other offence.. You should get maximized penalty because the one thing is.

On forestry land in CA it is legal to road hunt but you cant shoot out of the vehicle you must get out.

it is truly a shame that people are out poaching deer and leaving the carcass to rot. I don't kill things my self but I know one guy got caught poaching deer he had one hanging in the garage waiting to be cut up and he did not even have any catsup to eat it with he was so poor, he had no lawyer and they threw the book at him, however I know of a case where they were paoching the deer and selling them in a restaurant, and got in less trouble than the guy that was hungry.
