this description is a bit incorrect, they are actually taking the heart of a cadaver and decellularizing it, basically taking all the stuff out that would cause an immune response. Then they just put the host cells back in, and the heart is accepted, viola! no immunosuppressant drugs.

Nice, but this is not from stem cells. It is presented like from scratch. Cells they using are developed cardiomyocytes from newborn mice or rat. You need only to glue them together by providing scafold. Scafold idea is good. But you are not growing new heart, just reconstituting previously dissociated heart. More important are cardiomyocyte agregates or contracting "cardiospheres" derived from stem cells that are now grown in many laboratories and can be used for transplantation.
