Hey, what mesh is your MgAl? 600mesh+ works good for kmno4 flash MgAl or Al, i would add no sulfur to your Kmno4 flash, the chances of it self igniting are much greater with sulfur. If you want to be more easy to ignite and faster burn just make the just confine the kmno4. And yea i only experiment with kmno4 flash, thats all its good for or if you are going to use it for a report ect you just have to use it soon after you make it, hmm i was just kinda bored so i felt like posting a comment =D
