They don't need to know the same language to have a match. They go out there and just have a match. Hamada in TNA speaks Spanish and Japanese. She doesn't know English but she still has amazing matches with the rest of the Knockouts. There are many examples of this in wrestling. Even more so now that wrestlers travel the globe more.

Actually Tajiri is fluent in Japanese, English and Spanish. So they could both speak Spanish to each other.

Because Tijiri wrestled in AAA a Mexican promotion for some time. It is known that he speaks all three languages quite well. WWE tries to confuse people about thier wrestlers abilities.Look at Hornswoggle they have him just grunting but I'm sure he can speak.
