there is nothing on the market that can make your hair grow faster...there are things that can prevent breakage so your hair can retain length but nothing makes your hair grow FASTER. keeping your hair and scalp clean and preventing your hair from rubbing on your pillow case and clothes and conditioning and moisturizing your hair regularly are the only sure ways to retain length thus making your hair appear to grow faster.
