VHRODER - Any tips on how to tighten the glutes? It seems Squats and Stiff Legged Deads mostly work the outer glutes, giving you a wide butt / hips. Lunges seem to help a little. Any advice?
I can't really think of any excersices, what I can sugget is when you do quats, try doing a partial squat ( only going down about 7 or 8 inches ) and really squeezing the glutes when you hit the top and like any excercise try to keep your glutes tight though each rep. hope that helps dude
