How he was able to play this whole symphony from memory is amazing. What a fabulous pianist. I have always been amazed by Franz Liszt and how he could take a whole symphonic score and transcribe it for solo piano.

Thanks very much, I didn't know this was filmed. He played this symphony in Utrecht around 1983, where he was replacing a absent pianist, A friend of me went to this concert and was astonished by Katsaris. I saw him in the Concertgebouw Amsterdam playing the 3th Symphony - unbelievable....
