Well I guess one way to kill the stigma is to ensure everyone having sex gets HIV/AIDS. How can you value sex so much that you would be willing to kill other people to meet your urges? How selfish do you have to be?
@Canbuhay Well, it`s prejudiced opinions like this one that make it so difficult for people living with HIV/Aids to disclose, & for anybody to take the step to have an HIV test...Ignorance, discrimination & hate make this illness so difficult to manage, & contribute to the spread of HIV/Aids. And the catholic church & other extreme religions/points of view are dangerous & guilty of spreading ignorance...
Would liberals criminalize the carrying of improperly holstered or poorly maintained firearms that occasionally go off and kill innocent bystanders? I bet they would. Would concealed carry supporters respond with "Criminalize Hate, not Guns?" I bet they wouldn't.
@jakeharvey It has nothing to do with that! It has to do with general public prejudice that make it so difficult for people living with HIV/Aids to disclose. Because of Hate, there`s fear, & therefore HIV/Aids remains a hiden subject. It`s hate that kills, it`s prejudice & ignorance that kills. Without this, the spread of HIV/Aids could be manage, & not something that is underground.
Liberals strike again! How long will you people sit back and say "it's not a crime" when prevention of it is as simple as wearing a condom? Furthermore, how long will you sit back while black and Indian immigrants keep raping people and infecting them with AIDS on purpose?
The solution is so simple. Make AIDS tests mandatory and castrate anybody who has it. Simple as that.
They forgot to add Simon Mol to this video - a journalist from Cameroon, who infected with HIV, apparently on purpose, around 40 women in Poland. Seems like he professed some African form of traditional religion and believed that he would remain healthy as long as he passed on the sickness to others. The virus that he carried was very deadly, some of the women got sick with AIDS very soon, even within a year. Simon was arrested but he refused to take treatment in jail and died soon after.
The laws you mention DO NOT criminalize "behaviours associated with HIV transmission (drug injection, sex work, and sex between men)", they criminalize the act of having sex of people being infected with HIVand not telling the sexual partner, it´s like putting a gun against somebody's head.
