If you go to 2:22, you can hear a blood curdling scream.... heres the story:the screaming is a model they used for their album cover in which she is covered in honey, apparently the honey caused her skin to stick to the table she was on and tore up the skin on her legs, and while the Ohio Players were recording this song, she came to the studio and started shouting at their manager or something as it ruined her career. Apparently the scream is her being stabbed by the manager......

@paramorecodegeass Yup.it was a model who unfortunatly got her skin ripped off. She was posing for their album picture eating honey clumsily standing on fiberglass. As the honey spilled on the flloor, it made a chemical reaction, causing the honey stick on to her skin like super glue on to the fiber glass. I'm guessing someone ripped it off of her or she either fell down.Mainly her legs. The ruined her entire model career. She threatend to sue the band.

"Supposedly," she barged into the recording studio threatening to sue the manager and he "supposedly" killed her in the middle of the recording. It's not true though. Jimmy Williams (from the band) said that, "Billy Beck (another member) does one of those inhaling type screeches to go an octave above."
