    Please be indulgent :)

  • Im his mother, and a pretty good mother !!!

  • 8 ball racking isnt random, it should space the spots and stripes equally throughout to ensure a fair break - there are plenty of methods depending on what rules you are playing

  • thats not how u set it up dickwad

  • that was my son that commented not me haha

  • @thunder10able wow, you must be a pretty shit dad if that really is the case

  • u didnt even take d shot u spa. .all talk no action. .2mins 44secs of me life ill never get bk u prick

  • @thunder10able get your 2:44 back by practicing this break stroke yourself, just kidding.

  • you may only hit the first 2 rows, you may not hit the 3rd first, thats a foul.

  • just demonstrate by playing.

  • the 8 is the only ball with importance. All the other balls are just solids and stripes. They technically don't even need numbers

  • @xxxxgarbsterxxxx you're right actully, but I think he racked that way to show people how to break on the balls behind the top ball.

  • actually, as long as the 8 is in the middle, it doesn't matter where any other balls are. all random

  • wat a bum

  • 1 in the front, 8 in the middle.

  • Bla Bla Bla Bla Bla. What about just breaking?

  • He didn't even show us how he did it - that was the main purpose of me watching this video.

  • NOthing like arguing over 8-ball rules.

The worst game ever invented for the sake of coin-op machines.

  • sucks... all this time you are just waiting for him to break while ignoring all the mindless nonsense talk, and in the end he never does

  • @girlie347 I was thinking the same thing....

  • and where is his shot , so that we can see how it goes..

  • I get a double break by hitting the head ball square with a lot of top.

velocity is crucial though since top will send the cue off the table if hit too hard.

  • My good u guys upload how to videos of everything ..... upload how to smoke i don't know how to do that...

  • @1011bruno not funny..

  • potting the black ball from break is a re-rack nob cheese

  • no its not u fucking dumb ass u lose the game/or match for fuck sake read the fucking manuel of pool if u need to!

  • Pocketing the ball on break is a re-rack. Another common misconception - you do NOT lose if you scratch on break, and you do not WIN if you get the 8-ball in on break. The international rules verify this.

The 8-ball / win 'rule' was created due to quarter tables in pool halls and arcades. Because it can cost around 3 to 4 quarters a game, a re-rack isn't possible, therefore an idea was made that if the 8-ball was pocketed on break the game was automatically won, but it is not a real rule.

  • you know therapy is cheap these days

  • lol 8')

  • The reason he wants you to hit the second ball is because the second ball is directly touching the 8-ball, providing a direct transfer of energy from one ball to the next. The intent of doing this, is to land the 8-ball in the pocket on a break, to win the game.

  • lol, he said he's breakin his balls... sounds nasty ;)

  • lmao

  • Last time i checked, i was pretty sure the J rack was the method to rack the balls in world rules 8 ball... Best check the rules dumb ass!

  • where is the test ?

  • A rack is supposed to be random, with the only exceptions being that a low and high reside in each of the corners, and the eight ball in the middle.

  • and you sir, are correct!

  • @tartredarrow thats BCA rules

  • @tartredarrow I think he racked it that way, because he's trying show us how to use the 2nd, or 3rd ball, depending what end of table that he's breaking from.

  • shit break shit face

  • His balls arent even set up correctly.

    Haha, balls.

  • how not? what order are they supposed to be in?

  • the colored balls are not supposed to touch another words you set it up on the outside colerd then striped they never go coler coler touching

  • why don't you look up the info you think you have in your brain before you shit it out onto the internet pokerpro. and I think you meant "in other words"

  • The outsides are suppose to have solids in the corners and solids in the middle.

  • duuuuumb

  • dumb ass!!!

  • talk is cheap show us pussy.this guy is a fucking joke

  • ookay....dont smoke before you do a video man:)

  • lol every thing he is saying about the balls in the first 58 seconds sounds soo dirty lol!

  • hello bro i'll give you a game if you wanna

  • For beginners:

Some things to work on for your break:

    * Learn to break shooting the head ball - your odds of scratching are lower.

    * Accuracy vs power. It's much more important to hit the head ball SQUARELY than to hit it as hard as you can. Try aiming at the point where the head ball touches the table.

    * Try to hit the cue ball dead center. You won't miscue that way, and you're imparting maximum energy to the ball.

  • Here's a drill to get you up to speed on your accuracy and cue speed:

Start with the cue ball on the head spot. Leave the other balls off the table for now.

Practice shooting the cue ball straight down the table (soft to medium speed), so that it goes through the foot spot, hits the center diamond on the foot rail, and rolls straight back over the head spot. When you can do this consistently, start shooting harder so the cue ball travels further, but still goes over the spots.

  • this guy only talks, he didnt show anything...

ExpertVillage are idiots! Thats my opinion.

  • ive actually hit the 8-ball in a couple times on the break by hitting the head the head ball. but instead of hitting the cue ball normally, i put on as much top spin as i can so the cue ball hits the head ball, only rolls back an inch or two, then rolls into the pack again like a double break

  • adds freak me out! rly... google... damn!

  • 6ft i think

  • is that a 8 ft table?

  • from here seems 2 be a 9ft..

  • +1

It is either an 8ft or 9 foot table.

That is not a 6ft table.

  • omg your a faggot people break the way they want to depending on if they need to do sookerns and ect to win muiltply games

  • you're a dumb ass.

  • I bet he is a lot smarter than you ass hole

  • i bet you want to suck his dick to, you fucking faggot prick

  • betcha live in your mom's basement

  • betcha suck your moms pussy

  • i don't. but seriously buddy, get a life! i mean, watching your channel ... ; The Ultimate Hacker Collection, How to get MySpace passwords, Facebook account hacker - and so on, and so on.

so i suggest you drag yourselv out of that creepy basement of your parents' and take a look at the real world.

    hehe.

  • what a fucking douchebag..

  • what if you made this and someone called you that and you tried your best to show people how to play pool huh?

    What Now???

  • i could kick his ass.. so blow me you fuckin douchebag... he didnt even break.. how can you make a how to video with out doing it.. lol DOUCHEBAG

  • ho ho ho i smmmmmmmmmmartger then the average bear

  • dragonkbb is right you need to show it and than say nonsense..... this is so freaking boring only talk talk and talk you.... i was waiting till you show a break....

  • ummm yea that suk'd

  • you have the 5 ball in the wrong spot.

  • omg

just stfu and show the break

i thought this is teaching break u have to show it

    waisting my tiime

  • Show it damnit..

  • -_- lot of talking n no doing it at all

  • Thanks for the example.....it really helped me out.......faggot

  • Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • i agree

  • no offence but holy shit this is boring

u didnt even show a break

  • i was waiting for it too

  • Also, while we are on the subject of it being a good video, or not, as the case is leaning towards--the business with the demo shot. Those who argue that ''he shouldn't have to show us, he's already told us'' talk bollocks. I could tell you that black is white, but if I can't back it up with any proof, why should you listen? The guys a wee specky knob! HAHA!!!

  • this guy maybe good but jesus christ he is boring

  • Hahaha! Too right mate! It's taken me about 5 minutes just to watch that, keep loosing concentration. He's even had to edit himself at 1:18 :-D

  • One other con to the second or third ball break is you can often leave the cue ball behind a ball and not have a good shot. I personally prefer to have the cue ball in the middle of the table. One thing you can try when you get a little more comfortable is to break from the rail at the second diamond and hit the cue ball way below center and try to make the cue ball come back into the rail and more towards the center of the table.

  • corner pcoket is the pockets in the four corners of the table hense the name

  • what are the things like "corner pocket" and stuff?

  • Thanks for the vid. Being a beginner myself, I always wondered how to make things happen (like making the 8-ball on the break,) and for the most part, your explanation makes logical sense. I'm surprised though that so many people can't seem to read the title as it clearly states "for Beginners," and it is kinda sad how they can't seem to think for themselves and your help is taken as an attack on others--as evident by their unproductive comments and unappreciation. But, as a beginner, i thank u

  • the gay thing on here is that they never actualy do it, they just show u, so they can sound all good and everything but i bet they cant even play pool, i can beat anyone

  • hahahaha thats hella true... i've seen a few now and thats the way it seems... ^^

  • tell me about it man, he probably cant even hold the stick the right way, lol

  • i can rock your ass so hard in pool oh my god...check out my video on Trickshot: Artistic Pool Trick Shots Pt 2..thats me

  • i didnt see any videos of ur sucky pool skills dawg, and i could smoke u in pool, trick shot or regular i would own u, so when u get a real video of pool send it to me in a message son

  • u know what why waste my time .same should be for you ..i cant believe you actually got mad or serious..u say you can beat anyone you should try and prove yorself..dont try and make this about me when you claim to be the best

  • im not saying im the best but i know im better then u

  • haha tell me physically and proofly how your better than me. You know what, I'll be the person to keep it real and say that neither of us has faced each other in a match of pool, therefor non of us can say were better than one another. So you can think what you want.

  • then y the hell did you open your mouth in the first place....?

  • when the hell did u get in the conversation I had with 605222

  • uuuuuhhhh when the hell did YOU get in the conversation that 'I' had with 605222 to fuckin begin with... ???

  • i was talking to him/her before you and you musta been non smart enough to click reply to me instead of him/her

  • thank you sir for knowing something about this game unlike everyone else who teaches pool on the internet. the only thing is that you shouldn't break from center table you should break from the side.

  • A player should break wherever is more comfortable for them...stupid comment. Just because YOU prefer breaking from the side doesn't make it the right place to break from. I see pros break from the center all the time and I'm sure there's nothing you can teach them.

  • The pros break in the middle mostly b/c they were forced to when the break box was implemented.

They were breaking so well from the side rail they were break and running close to 20% of the time.

  • well hes obviously not as boring as you are, he has a total of over 45,000 views on this one movie...you have less than 100 views...total...on all of your movies put together. So quit getting one youtube and being to fucking stupid piece of shit that puts ignorant comments on peoples videos. that's all i got.

  • owned by 74tree - Good video!

  • I agree with the fact that this is a video for beginners, as well as with the comment about action better supports an idea or concept. Let the man talk and move on. There are probably shooters out there that appreciate what he has to say. The argument against his video should be aimed more to whether what he says is valid or not. If you want to dis the aesthetics, do so on the camera work.

  • You dudes down there, don't watch this video if action is all you want.

You may learn important stuff from talking!

What there was only action, action etc. Would you learn something them? This is a LESSON for beginners, that means LEARNING.

IF YOU WANT ACTION, THEN GO PLAY BILLIARD YOURSELF!!

And about that demo-shot, read what Jinko846 said two comments under me!

  • talking makes u fall asleep unless its an attractive girl lol we need a demo and even better if the girl did the demo :P

  • yo master...

action is more important then talk...

  • Oh please... too much. Please view my vid's. What about how to set the rack first and correct to get the best break.

    thanks

    ace

  • Just talking, wheres the demoshot?

  • boring.....

  • Wow! four stars for this? He didn't even demonstrate the shot

  • wow, put the cue ball in the center of the table, and hit the middle ball. That's all I got from this video. Oh, and don't scratch on the break.

no shit, this is the most basic crap ever

  • lol, mr internet vigilante, aren't you a bit late? I wrote that comment 6 months ago lol.

enjoy the basics? all he told us to do was hit all the other balls with the fucking cue ball. How more fucking basic could you get?

by the way, I'm sorry that your wish didn't come true, because I did not in fact die in my sleep, and it's already been 3 days lol.

honeslty though, all he does is talk, there isn't even a part of the video which shows him demonstrating the shot. what a great tutorial lol

  • well hes definatly got the theory down lol

  • he can't even do it probably

  • ummm... couldn't u give a demo shot??

  • was waiting for that...

  • hm...he scratches and breaks his balls....great vid xD

  • UGH his voice is making me fall asleep.

  • expert village sucks. I've never learned a thing from their videos.

  • I agree, the basic message of this video is put the ball in the middle and hit the first ball straight on. Brilliant pool insight.

  • meh, the only ones i actually think are good are the parkour/free running ones.. they look sick.. but... other than that it sucks baaaad

  • why is the title for this video so extremely long?

  • because its trying to draw you to the video, even though it sucks=)

  • i find the best way to break is to hold the que at a bit of a higher angle i seem to get more power out of it but it sometimes can bounce off the table another way is to move the ball to the back of the D and hold onto the bak coushin pull your weight back and slam it forward but everyones different...oh and this guy is nob lol

  • to all begineres,

do not listen to that idiot, there is nothing he can teach you.. try with basic shots, there is alot of information on the internet..just do not try to copy this guy, he is a looser..

  • and you spell loser very well. thanks for the tip.

  • Yeah you're really impressive arent you

  • OMG ifu watch this guy showing u how to get into the right stance, he is right leadin up to the stance but his stance is terrible. true AMERICAN POOL player. no skill in american pool

  • yea this guy represents every american pool player...stfu ill beat ur ass in pool

  • lol I put AMERICAN POOL in capitals cos I meant the game not AMERICAN pool players themselves. And I was saying that most people who first play pool in USA play American pool which requires less skill than games like snooker or even English pool (as the pockets arent buckets). Cos they learn on these tables, they develop poor technique, like this guy.

PS who could win in pool between us has nothing to do with what I pointed out, so stick to the discussion u MUPPET!

  • Regular 8 ball and Snooker are two completely different games. It's like comparing F1 to Nascar, neither one is better its just a matter of preference.

Nice to see you Europeans are so open minded.

  • yes 8 ball and snooker have different sets of rules and different tactics but when it comes to technique on how t play tose differences are negligable.

btw when in my previous comment did i say that snooker is better than pool? it is a matter of preference as to what game u play but that doesnt chnge the fact that english pool + snooker take more skill tha american pool for the reasons i said before.

I am open minded i have simply compared the facts and drawn a logical conclusion.

  • umm what if you wer a kid and will it happen to kid if they hit hard enough?

  • but he explains the stuff in a really good way, so fuck off, you don't have to be taught by a pro, even a good amateur can show you how to improve your play
