At chapter 6, you discover exploding infants. There was a lady in a wrecked, bloody, torn up infant room. At the end the exploding infant was slowly crawling to her as she said "Come on, come on, every thing will be fine" Then she squeezes it as she and the infant explode, covering the windows.

you forgot the one where the lady is sitting at the beginning of the chapter where you first go to the Med Deck and you see a lady patting a dead body. saying "it's okay, everything will be just fine" the body's limbs have been cut off and before the lady kills herself she takes off her kinesis module. and this is where issac gets his kinesis module. i found out that if you load your previous game. this event no longer happens. if you start a new game it happens. i never found the lady at 2:48

@MrBikininspector yep Chapter 7 towards the end of the level when u go up further to plant the sos beacon on the astroid. i found that log to be one of the disturbing/sad/unsettling moments in dead space other top disturbing one for me would have to be in chapter 5 when you go down the elevator into the room u revisit in chapter 8 as u go to fix the signal from the beacon on the astroid. theres a couple of infector moments that can be avoided, like that one where the infector gets the guy on the other side of the glass, (not the captain one) i stomped all that body he infected's limbs off and it didnt infect it when i got there and i didnt have to waste half as much ammo as i would with the necromorph and the infector...
