I take my mute elderly mom out once a day & park her downtown by the bank or liquor store with a sign that says "homeless, spare change please". By the end of the day when I retrieve her there's about $50 or $60 in the hat! Of course there's the risk someone will see the "homeless" part & have her institutionalized, but that's a win-win situation, a retirement home for free. They can't trace her back to family because I make sure she doesn't have any ID on her. I recommend it!
