@zapper067 Do you have the latest version of Virtualbox? if you have 3.x then you need to upgrade 4.x as 3.x only supports Windows 2000 RTM discs, not 2000 SP4 or Neptune...
@an65001 I downloaded 5 times and the same thing happen,and I cannot use vmware player as it crash my laptop using windows XP.I also tried the vhd and a BSOD appears,I tried booting to safe mode,explorer refused to launch.What should I do?Help!
go thru it, name it Neptune or somthing. Make sure the ram is at like, 32 mb at least, and make a Virtual HD, of about 3 gb (like 3000 mb put in) go into CD up top, and select captuer ISO. select ur iso, then file, reset machine. follow install instruction.

Step 1 (Optional) Upgrade to Windows 7.
Step 2 Use Virtual PC, not this VirtualBox crap.
