@Ariesqt0323 ugh I have cracked lips sometimes too, especially depending on when I move around to a different climate. all you can truly do is drink hella water, and moisterize like crazy! Since there's only been a couple people who have had trouble viewing, I am just going to stick to this one, but try watching the video on your phone maybe? I think it might have something to do with youtube making all these whacko changes to the site!

When it comes to base colors how do you know what color to select to get the most color payoff from the eyeshadow that you're using? Take "club" for instance if I really wanted that color to pop what would be the best base to use for it?

@goldnsmle33 I like using Club eyeshadow with a green base. when I'm working with really intense frosty colors sometimes I like using a black base for a more sultry look, it's just about playing with colors, trial and error, there are blue bases to bring out blue shadows, green to bring out green, etc

Great Job!! You should do a review of your collection. I know you already did a preview of your makeup station, but you should separate it into blushes, lipsticks, lipglosses, etc. It would probably be a month or so worth of posts, but I would love to see what true makeup artists think of individual products.

Your last few videos have been really helpful and as always the bomb! Great colors! Sometimes when you go to the MAC counter they're suggestions are usually what works for "them!" So thanks for pointing out the colors that work best for WOC! Also I tried using Zoom Lash and Fix + mascaras together...The BOMB!!! Thanks!!!!

@shellz85bebe thank you sweetie, you know, I don't use bronzers too much for myself, and I usually only use them for clients when they ask. but for women of our color, I've heard Refined Deeper Bronze is nice. But please don't take my word for it cause I've never tried it lol so next time you go to a counter try it out and see for sure if you like it :) let me know how it goes! I just might end up trying it out myself

Jackie, have you ever done a red eye? I was at MAC today and looked for a red pigment or red shadow. I found basic red pigment that looked like it had orange in it on my skin (NW45) and a chromaline in red was closer to a basic red. I'm looking to try a smoky red eye if that makes sense. I like funky colors just not any of the neons. Oh yeah, what about the lipsticks? What do you think about Show Orchid, Violetta or any of the Amplified colors on dark WOC??

@lilpumpkinpie05 oh by the way, if you love fig. 1 and shadowy lady, try the lust wet n wild palette because it has 2 EXACT dupes for those colors as well as beauty marked and the beauty marked is better than the mac one because the purple glitter actually shows up on the eyes!

@EasyAccessBeauty aw thanks for the recommendations :) you're on point girl, I don't use beauty marked too often, and I find that the way to make the glitter stand out more with beauty marked is so use a purple or plum base, such as Artifact paint pot :) it really does work!

Those colors r also my favourit but lately I'm obsessed with coppering e/s .. My favourit purple is nocturnelle .. I find stars n rocket is so hard to work with no matter how much color I pack it is only a sheen .. Arena I just discovered a while ago and I love it as a lid color .. Steamy is such an awesome colour. I just added it to my collection and its oh so hot. I use it over uniformly blue grease paint stick and add club in the outer V.....girl it makes you want to smack yo' mama.
