Yes this shoud be MANDATORY viewing in all classrooms to explain what must be absolutely avoided: the destruction of a natural area and the massive killing of thousands of birds.
It is kind of funny that most all wind farms look just alike. How ever the wind farms along western I-20 near Roscoe Texas do not have the mountains seens in this vid. The ones along I-10 in West Texas are all on the mesa and these are flat so not there either. They are in the western USA for sure, and probably right where the author says. How about that !
Hi windpowernow Dude, I love this video clip--especially the song Windy. I really want to build wind turbines on some land my family owns out in Oklahoma. Where do I get more info?
Awesome clip! This should be MANDATORY viewing in all classrooms and living rooms in the nation. What's difficult to understand about the wisdom of this? Clean, renewable, non carbon emitting, inexpensive power. The other neat thing is that the states with the most wind capacity (no, I'm not talking about those surrounding DC!) need the economic boost. Of course, this SO MUCH SENSE every effort to foster change in this direction will be blocked.

Interesting that the area in Texas that is covered in windmills looks quite similar to this area.
