@Conlgamer Yes lol, I played the BC2 beta was very excited about it. Then the game came out, played it for 30 hours only and sold it lol, then months later(like 4/5 months) i bought it again :P Really enjoying it these days though.

first you need to make sure the target is in range.. there is a limit to how far you can call a mortar strike, second make sure it's not a moving target (call on an object/on the ground rather than a person or vehicle.) everytime the target moves the lock on thingy gets reset.

Mortars can be uses Every 30 secs, and cannot follow vehicles, mortars are better for groups of people or à tank standing still.

Still C4 is the best to blow up anything!'

morters are a weird weapon to use. sometimes they decimate EVERYTHING close to where u call it in, then other times you'll call it in directly on a guy not looking at you, and he wont move, but it wont kill him...

lol. Fail Heli then. the only thing that should be able to take down a heli is tracer+Rocket launcher or mounted HMG. Or at the very least have a lucky/skilled sniper that can take out the pilot.
