So you can either take off the screen lock app, or do like I said and when you need it to be unlocked again just hit the unlock button. But when you want to play a game, or need the multi touch, you need to put it into lock mode again and turn screen off and on.
The fix is I put the phone into lock mode, then shut the screen off, then turn it on. You will have to slide to unlock (or put a passcode in, depending on how you lock your device) and the multitouch problem is gone. I have been testing this for the past week or so, and it has been working.

You sure it's not because you have something like go locker installed? Cos I got go locker and it messes up the touchscreen. Once I remove it the issue is gone.
I just got n64oid and its the first time I have noticed this problem so then I went and tried out my piano apps and now they don't work correctly either. It is definitely a software issue. As in...other software issue. Because just a couple weeks ago I was using music app and I could press 2 and 3 keys at once. Now I barely get 2 keys at once.
This might sound odd, but I think it's the nolock app that's causing the problem.
I realized I started noticing this on mine the day I installed that app; removed it today, and it stopped having the issue. It could just be luck, since it seems sorta intermittent, but I noticed you're using a nolock on your video as well, so that'd support the theory.
@phatmanxxxl I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE MY PHONE IS ALL STOCK!!!....gaming controls suck (only in some games like NES mario and assassin's creed) because of this problem....also havin problem with go ex launcher's unlock screen............any updates? ways to fix this?
this is my 3rd hand set and i am too having this prob with my phone as well the display screen wont turn off my 1st n 2nd hand set had other probs like the black screen of death and frozed but everything on my 3rd works like a charm except for the touch screen when it comes to playing games

That's interesting. My phone is having issues as well but not as easily reproducible as yours. When mine's in my pocket, and I pull it out, it will act as though it is being touched elsewhere on the screen, similar to yours. but will randomly hit keys and such and is a pain. I am taking it back soon.
