I love the last part. You're just a nuts trying to find a squirrel. I live very far to support PropCorn 8 but it is awesome to find new Casey material.
I appreciate you allowing me to keep this comment here. I hope you will extend such to my other comments. I'm only here to discuss and reason about the issue. I'm not here for blind partisan shouting.
The more we civilly discuss the better we will understand one another.
We may never agree, but we should at least continually try and understand where each side is coming from.
The traditional family is a myth. Your views are archaic and ignorant of the facts. Please tell me what "Gender matters" is supposed to mean. Do you mean sexuality matters?
Also, supporting gay marriage does nothing to heterosexual marriage. No one says you have to marry someone who is gay.
You are asking the government to be prejudicial against a whole class of people. Your motivations are obviously religious. The whole "better for society" argument is a smoke screen.
You say that the 'traditional family' is a myth. I'm talking about the elements of family that have demonstrated their 'fitness' (talking in terms of evolution and natural selection). Males and females are different. There's advantages derived from children having parents of both genders that can't be gained from just a single gender.
I would rather a child grow up with same-sex parents than going from foster home to foster home. Gay couples go through a lot more to have/adopt children than a regular heterosexual couple, and that proves to a child that they are wanted. Love is important, and a loving couple raising a child they want is infinitely better than the way many children are already being raised. Hats off to the untraditional family.
Like what the video maker said, homosexual couuples aren't often competing with good heterosexual parents. They want to adopt kids that are still in foster homes. There are 500,000 kids in foster homes. Apparently not enough straight couples want to adopt them. Why not let them be loved?

Kids should have the best chance society can give them to have a mother and a father.
Don't support a definition of marriage that reduces their chance for that.
Gender matters.

Ya but in the scenario if you have 2 parents of the same sex but then have a Uncle or Aunt that the kid could see in the family then that would work.
CastleBomb44 3 years ago
That Veronica looks fit! I wish I could marry you both!
But I guess that's a whole other issue.
By the way I live in CA and I will vote no on 8, because I have a crush on Casey and I want her to be happy. Okay?
citizenkong 3 years ago
That Veronica DOES look fit! Thanks for supporting the good fight, the happiness of consenting adults is important to me.

If you vote yes to Prop 8 then you are voting for government sponsored discrimination.
Also if you vote yes it means you love paedophiles and terrorists and you hate the troops and America.
Mjhavok 3 years ago
LOL! Using evil Republican pressures against them... smart thinking ;)
